Meet The Team

Lindsey Grider - Owner & Stylist [@lindseygrider]

Hiiii I’m Lindsey and like many people I meet here, found my love of Winchester during the pandemic and now my wife and I both moved our businesses here and proudly call this beautiful city our home. I’m originally from McMinnville, but have lived in Murfreesboro for most of my life.

I always knew I would be a hairdresser. I’ve had phenomenal career in the hair industry. I’ve worked alongside and trained from some of the industry’s top educators, but ultimately my love for meeting people and passion for hair led me to open L Grider Salon in 2013.

It's not just the cuts and colors that I love, I’m passionate about everything that comes along with being a hairdresser.  Everyone that sits in my chair is not just a client, but quickly transforms into a long lasting friendship.

Jonas Jones - Stylist

Hi there, I’m Jonas! I recently moved back to Winchester to be closer to family. Winchester is where I was raised and I’m noticing it feels more and more like Nashville and NYC; two places I’ve called home for the last twenty years. My personality is pretty laid-back and I enjoy soft afternoons at home with my tabby cat and imperial shih tzu.

I’ve learned and trained under many brands and educators. I have a background in editorial/session work, and a client portfolio from NFL cheerleaders to country music stars. I love the creativity and artistic expression that comes with hairstyling. It truly is a gift to be able to enhance another persons life in a way that makes them feel better about themselves. I am eager to offer my services and showcase my expertise in my hometown. I also look forward to making personal connections with everyone that sits in my chair and seeing your biggest smile after a visit with me.

Holly Gifford - Stylist

Heyyyy I’m Holly! I’m born and raised in Franklin County, I graduated from Huntland “Once A Hornet, Always A Hornet!” My husband and I met in our church youth group and we’ve been married 7 years. We moved to El Paso, Texas when he was stationed in the Army. We returned home to Franklin County in 2021 to be close to family after the birth of our son and we just welcomed our daughter this spring.

I’m very detail oriented. I’ve always had a passion for hair. I’ve proudly spent many hours perfecting my fades over the years and I cannot let my guys leave my chair without completing the look if they need their beards blended. My area of focus is lived-in, low maintenance hair color and cuts with a beautiful blowout finish. I love meeting new people and helping them feel their best is what I love most about being a hairdresser. I’m happy when my clients are happy.

Shannon Clark - Stylist

I was raised in Arizona, we moved to Iowa when I was 16, but my family bought a farm in Tennessee shortly after I graduated Cosmetology school and I made the decision to follow them here.

I’ve had a beautiful life. I met my husband here and we have two dogs, Molly and Gunner. I have a beautiful daughter and our first grandson just turned one!

My husband and I owned our own hair salon in Shelbyville where I really expanded my knowledge of hair services and hair extension methods. Over the years we would visit Tims Ford Lake and we decided to build our own home in Twin Creeks, in 2021. Shortly after living here and commuting to our Shelbyville salon we chose to sell the salon and simplify our lives. I was then introduced to Lindsey and knew this was where I was meant to be. It has been a fantastic change. I love the ladies I work with. I can focus on my specialty hair services, still offering my favorite sew-in extension method.

Dawn George- Stylist

“Hey Yall! I am a homegrown girl from this area, with strong connections to Franklin County. I love BIG, I work hard, and I play harder. My passions are my family and my dogs. I long for the day that my husband and I travel the world and see new places. For now, digging in the dirt and planting flowers is a sweet little hobby that I have.

I have almost 30 years experience in the hair industry. I must say my first true love was hair. I love big hair and I love curls, but I can also handle straight hair on women of all ages. I have also been trained by some highly skilled barbers in my career and would consider myself, a self made barber with a Cosmetology license. So, guys, don’t be afraid to come to a “beauty shop”, because I got you!

Jennifer Voorheis - Stylist

Grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Tennessee in 2000. I have one son and 3 bonus daughters. FUN FACT: My bonus daughters were clients of mine and introduced me, their hairdresser, to their dad 13 years ago.

I enjoy all things that involve the outdoors and bodies of water. I have a love for traveling, photography & animals.

I began my career as a salon assistant and I loved the atmosphere and energy in hair salons, I knew this was the path for me. 25 years later, I’m still a firm believer in continuing education, I love learning from my team, and taking on new challenges behind the chair. I love meeting new people and the freedom to be my creative self. One of the best parts of this rewarding role is seeing my clients love when they see themselves look their best in my mirror.

Alyssa Prieto - Salon Coordinator

Born and raised in Southern California for 27 years, realized it was time to move on to bigger things in life and decided to move across the country to the charming little town of Winchester, Tennessee.

I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, going to the movies, a good coffee shop and exploring this beautiful state of Tennessee. I can’t wait for you to walk through our doors and help book your appointments, see your smiling faces and the incredible art our stylists create.
