Svetlana Earls - Stylist

Hi everyone! I’m Svetlana. I was born in Russia and got adopted by my parents from Tennessee in 2006. I have 3 crazy cats- Big Kitty, Little Kitty, and Tiny Kitty (the vet receptionists always get a kick out of that!). When I’m not doing hair, I love crocheting, fishing, and being outdoors.

I graduated cosmetology school in 2023. While in school, I found that I love doing razor cuts, highlights, and any type of color! I love to treat every client with a relaxing blowout at the end of a service. I hope to create a safe and welcoming environment for any individual that sits in my chair.

Jonas Jones - Stylist

Hello, I’m Jonas! I recently moved back to Winchester to be closer to family. Winchester is where I was raised and I’m noticing it feels more and more like Nashville and NYC; two places I’ve called home for the last twenty years. My personality is pretty laid-back and I enjoy soft afternoons at home with my tabby cat and imperial shih tzu.

I’ve learned and trained under many brands and educators. I have a background in editorial/session work, and a client portfolio from NFL cheerleaders to country music stars. I love the creativity and artistic expression that comes with hairstyling. It truly is a gift to be able to enhance another persons life in a way that makes them feel better about themselves. I am eager to offer my services and showcase my expertise in my hometown. I also look forward to making personal connections with everyone that sits in my chair and seeing your biggest smile after a visit with me.

Shannon Clark - Stylist

I was raised in Arizona, we moved to Iowa when I was 16, but my family bought a farm in Tennessee shortly after I graduated Cosmetology school and I made the decision to follow them here.

I’ve had a beautiful life. I met my husband here and we have two dogs, Molly and Gunner. I have a beautiful daughter and our first grandson just turned one!

My husband and I owned our own hair salon in Shelbyville where I really expanded my knowledge of hair services and hair extension methods. Over the years we would visit Tims Ford Lake and we decided to build our own home in Twin Creeks, in 2021. Shortly after living here and commuting to our Shelbyville salon we chose to sell the salon and simplify our lives. I was then introduced to Lindsey and knew this was where I was meant to be. It has been a fantastic change. I love the ladies I work with. I can focus on my specialty hair services, still offering my favorite sew-in extension method.

Lindsey Grider - Owner & Stylist

Hi friend! I’m Lindsey and like many people I meet here, found my love of Winchester during the pandemic and now my wife and I both moved our businesses here and proudly call this beautiful city our home. I’m originally from McMinnville, but have lived in Murfreesboro for most of my life.

I always knew I would be a hairdresser. I’ve had phenomenal career in the hair industry. I’ve worked alongside and trained from some of the industry’s top educators, but ultimately my love for meeting people and passion for hair led me to open L Grider Salon in 2013.

It's not just the cuts and colors that I love, I’m passionate about everything that comes along with being a hairdresser.  Everyone that sits in my chair is not just a client, but quickly transforms into a long lasting friendship.

Alyssa Prieto - Salon Coordinator

Born and raised in Southern California for 27 years, realized it was time to move on to bigger things in life and decided to move across the country to the charming little town of Winchester, Tennessee.

I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, going to the movies, a good coffee shop and exploring this beautiful state of Tennessee. I can’t wait for you to walk through our doors and help book your appointments, see your smiling faces and the incredible art our stylists create.
